The transnational meeting was followed by a three days training during which representatives of each partner country had the opportunity to get acquainted with the new application. At this stage, the special merits of the German partner organisation GedonSoft should be mentioned, as it is responsible for the project’s IT solutions.
Future activities within the project involve training of pre-school and primary school teachers to work with the new application. The project partners are preparing both theoretical and practical classes, which will allow teachers to get deeply acquainted with the materials developed within the DAP.
It is worth reminding that the project aims to help professionals in identifying dyslexia risks in children of preschool and primary school age in a timely manner. Partners are also developing an Exercise Book, which will be a collection of tasks for testing and developing children’s skills in various areas. The areas covered include children’s auditory memory, visual memory, visual-spatial memory, spatial orientation, time orientation, phonological skills, as well as reading and decoding skills.
